A very unique loft building at the edge of Biscayne Bay and the Wynwood Arts District in Miami. Its original architectural features became its brand. Added to this, a specially curated private collection of 10 interior murals by world renowned artists, enjoyed exclusively by owners and visitors in the building. Branding was applied to both exterior and interior of the property. Wood wall accents, custom made furniture, lighting installations and a unique photo essay showcased this one of kind building.
